Together for Griff: Over $40,000 Raised

On Sunday 13th April, the community gathered at the Victor Harbor Golf Club for a heartfelt fundraising lunch in honour of Griff and his journey with glioblastoma — and what an incredible day it was.

Hosted by Griff’s daughters, Catie and Jaimi, the event brought together friends, family, and locals from across the Fleurieu Peninsula and beyond, united by a shared goal: to support brain cancer research and provide hope to others facing the same diagnosis.

We’re proud to share that the event raised over $40,000, with final figures still being confirmed — a truly extraordinary result.
Proceeds will be shared between the Neurosurgical Research Foundation (NRF) and the Peace of Mind Foundation, supporting both life-saving research and essential patient support services.

In the family’s own words:
