Brain Injury Support and Education (BISE) Group: Held on the first Wednesday of the month, our Brain Injury Support and Education (BISE) Group is a free peer-support program that can be attended by anyone at any stage of their journey post brain injury.

The Brain Foundation’s A-Z of Brain Disorders aims to provide a resource for people newly-diagnosed with brain-related disorders, their friends and relatives, and health professionals.

Butterfly Hour is hosted by TBI survivor and founder of The Orange Butterfly Foundation Lauren Spear. An inclusive group open to all, but particularly those impacted by brain injury to come together once a month and reconnect in nature. Everyone is welcome and the hour is yours. There are special guest speakers on the agenda from time to time.
Bring your friends or family, come and enjoy a coffee or cup of tea in the sunshine surrounded by the beautiful gardens, listen to our guest speakers, and connect with our beautiful community for the morning.
We are pleased to announce that in addition to the Botanical Gardens Butterfly Hour there are now additional Butterfly Hour sessions to accomodate those living further North or South.
