Go Grey in May 2023
Brain Tumour Awareness Month!
Why do we go grey in May?
Today in Australia, more children and adults under 40 die from brain tumours than any other type of cancer. Brain cancer still kills more children than any other disease. Survival rates for many other cancers have increased due to awareness and research funding, but survival rates for brain tumours have barely changed in the last 30 years.
Our mission is to change that. Grey May is a time to raise brain tumour awareness and vital funds for brain tumour research to support patients and families facing this disease.
