We are wanting to raise awareness for other families affected by brain cancer.
The type of brain cancer our dad had was Glioblastoma which has an average survival rate of only 15 months.
6 people are diagnosed with brain cancer each day and 4 of these people will die. The survival rates of brain cancer have not improved in over 35 years. Despite these shocking facts, brain cancer receives little funding.
That is why we are asking for donations in lieu of flowers as a way to give back. All donations fund real life research right here in South Australia.
