We are proud to announce that $1,566 was raised for world-leading brain tumour research in South Australia on Saturday 4th December at the NRF Brain Tumour Christmas Lunch.
It was great to see so many faces at The Strathmore Hotel, they enjoyed a lovely lunch, and listened to the three brain tumour researchers from the University of South Australia’s Centre for Cancer Biology. Thank you to Briony Gliddon, Erica Yeo, Kristyna Sedivakova and Kaitlin Scheer for taking the time to share their research with the brain tumour community.
Thank you to everyone who donated, attended, bought raffle tickets or goods – your support means we can continue funding world-leading brain tumour research here in SA.
Thank you to Annette Taylor from the Adelaide Brain Tumour Support Facebook Group and for the participation of the Facebook group. Annette was recently awarded a Government House award for her role in establishing and running the support group.
